We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The duration for custom orders varies depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Typically, it takes between 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to delivery.
Knife laws vary by country and region. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that purchasing and owning our knives complies with local laws and regulations.
